Kuwait Oil water management system provides Emergency Shutdown and Fire & Gas alarm monitoring at several locations.
Kuwait Oil Company chose Base Control Tech to provide the complete system. Base Control Tech specified the Puleo PE725 Annunciators to provide the visual and audible annunciation from the PLCs.
The Puleo PE725s are used for the Emergency Shutdown System to signal Level-1, Level-2 & Level-3 alarms, with FIFO and asset Manual & Fire Shutdown control by SIL3 PLC. All the windows are interfaced with SIL3 PLC over potential free contacts.
Using the modular and configurable Puleo PE725, Base Control Tech designed 2 unique PE725 Annunciators to meet the requirements of Kuwait Oil. They used several 96-point annunciators and 40-point annunciators.
