The PE725 Alarm Annunciator is a full-featured alarm monitoring system that gives visual and audible indications of an alarm condition or equipment status. The unit can be ordered with various factory configurations such as:

• Small, Medium, or Large Alarm Windows
• Number of alarm points from 1 to 256
• Alarm Point Repeat Relays
• Field Contact Voltage: 24, 48 or 125 Volts
• Modbus Communications

The PE725 Annunciator has a modular concept that allows you to design an alarm system to suit exact requirements for window size and number of windows. The system consists of multiple cells with dimensions of 60 x 60mm (2.36” x 2.36”). Each cell can be configured as a single large window, two medium windows, or four small windows. Each window supports one alarm point.

FIELD PROGRAMMABLE

The PE725 Alarm Annunciator is fully field programmable. User can select features such as Normally Open / Normally Closed alarm contact inputs, sequence of alarm operations, horn groups, common alarm groups, and optional Modbus communications.

Programming is carried out using an integral pushbutton programming module on front of unit, or a wired remote pushbutton programming module panel mounted up to 10′ from the Annunciator. The integrated pushbutton programming module occupies 1 cell in the lower right hand corner. This can be avoided if a remote pushbutton programming module is selected, freeing the cell for additional alarm points.

ANNUNCIATOR ALARM POINTS
Number of cells = cells wide x cells high.

Large windows
Number of windows = number of cells
Alarm points = windows – 1 if unit has integral pushbutton programming module

Medium windows
Number of windows = number of cells x 2
Alarm points = windows – 2 if unit has integral pushbutton programming module

Small windows
Number of windows = number of cells x 4
Alarm points = windows – 4 if unit has integral pushbutton programming module
Subtract 2 alarm points if Modbus is selected

WINDOW LEGENDS
Window legends can be supplied as requested. Alternatively, film legend generation software is available to allow customers to make their own film legends using a standard laser printer.

PANEL MOUNT
The PE725 Annunciator is panel mounted using the supplied Panel Mounting Clamps. Most PE725 Annunciators can optionally be supplied pre-mounted in standard 19″ aluminum mounting plates. These plates can mount an external power supply to convert facility power into 24Vdc required to power Annunciator.

POWER SUPPLY
The supply required to power the annunciator is nominally 24 Vdc. Puleo can supply suitable power supplies or DC/DC converters if converting from other AC or DC voltages.

COMPLETE ENGINEERING SUPPORT
Puleo technical staff works with each customer to provide application engineering design, configuration drawings, overall and cutout dimensions, and a quote.
